Development

The site, comprising of 7 acres, is located on the western edge of Aldershot town centre and is a regeneration project which will further expand the town. The site sits immediately between the recently extended Tesco foodstore off the A323 Wellington Avenue and the town.

The site also includes approximately 420 new residential units, partly to be constructed by Linden Homes on the western side of the site. The development will include both retail and leisure uses, including:
